Well-known poet-writer Shailendra pass away

Well-known poet-writer Kumar Shailendra, (father of Richa Shailendra,
PR of Times Music,) expired after massive heart stoke, on the night of 21st Dec. at his Andheri residence in Mumbai. He was 70 years old and survived by his wife, a son and four daughters. Shailendraji, worked with All India Radio for 25 years as Program Executive. He wrote many popularJjingles,Bhajans and serials and he had also written around 50 episodes of one of the most popular serial Hum Log. He had also written many books and his book " Dhoop Ki Kachahari ''had won acclaims.
